What we need from you

Product content is the core of any store, and it comes from you: product names, descriptions, pricing, and photography (or a plan to create them). What you don't need from us is a warehouse of stock photos or invented copy—we build the store around the products you actually sell, presented clearly. If you're new to e-commerce, we'll help you decide which platform fits, including Shopify.

The remote process

The store follows the same remote workflow as our design work: discovery call, structure and content, design review, build and testing, launch, then ongoing support. We test with real orders where appropriate so checkout issues surface before customers do.

How we work: West Palm Media is a remote digital studio based in Buffalo, New York. We work with West Palm Beach and Palm Beach County businesses by phone, video meeting, and online project review—no office visit required.

Ongoing options

After launch, you can add store management support—product updates, seasonal changes, and technical fixes—through our website care plan, and pair the store with SEO so products and collections are easy to find.

Questions, answered directly

Do I have to use Shopify?
No. Shopify is a common fit, but we work with the platform that suits your products and budget. We'll lay out the options honestly during the project.
Do you need my product photos before we start?
We need a plan for them, at minimum. You can supply photography you already have, and we'll design around it. If you don't have photos yet, we'll tell you exactly what we need so you can capture or commission them.
Can a local business sell online through this?
Yes. Many West Palm Beach businesses use a store for local pickup, delivery, or shipping. We'll set up the shipping and pickup options that match how you actually fulfill orders.
What does ad spend for the store cost?
E-commerce services are quoted on the project. If you later run paid search on the store, ad spend is separate from our service fees—that's covered on our paid search page.
