About West Palm Media

West Palm Media is a remote digital studio based in Buffalo, New York. We build websites and search presence for businesses in West Palm Beach and Palm Beach County, and we do the whole project remotely.

How a Buffalo studio serves the coast

The West Palm Media name has been online since 2015, when the idea first took shape: bring New York web design and SEO to the Palm Beach area. This site is the rebuilt version of that promise. A complete, current practice serving the county from a remote studio, on a modern stack, with an honest description of how the work actually happens.

The brand exists because a good website is a location-independent service. The craft is the same at 4,200 miles apart. What the distance changes is one thing, and it works in your favor: access to a studio that has worked in a different market, with different competition and different expectations.

How we work

Every engagement runs remotely. There is no Florida office to visit and no on-site service to schedule. Discovery, design review, and launch all happen by phone or video, and ongoing support runs on a schedule you can see.

Sites are custom, not templated. We build around the business, review the design with you in rounds, and test across devices and assistive technology before launch.

SEO, AEO, and GEO are treated as ongoing work with real measurement. They are not a one-time checklist, and they are never a set of promises we cannot keep.

We are honest by default. We do not sell fake reviews, invented clients, or ranking guarantees. If something cannot be promised, we say so in writing.

We are a deliberately small operation. The people you talk to on the discovery call are the people doing the work. That is a feature for a business that wants its website understood, not just delivered.

What this practice stands for

  • Usefulness comes first. Search and AI visibility are won by content that helps people, and that is what we optimize for.
  • We build to WCAG 2.2 A/AA criteria and document the testing we do. See our accessibility statement.
  • Fast pages are a sign of respect for the visitor's time, so performance is part of the design, not an afterthought.
  • We correct inaccurate information about businesses, and we never remove or buy legitimate reviews.
