Privacy Policy
This page explains what information West Palm Media collects when you use this website, why we collect it, and what you can expect from us with it. Last updated: September 29, 2026.
The contact form
When you submit the contact form, we collect the fields you provide: your name, your email address, and, only if you choose, your phone number, business or website, and a description of your project.
- Why: so we can reply to your inquiry, schedule the consultation, and keep a record of the conversation.
- Where it goes: the submission is delivered by email to the studio inbox on our own hosting. It is not sold, rented, or shared with third-party marketers.
- Spam controls: the form uses basic automated checks: a hidden field humans never see, a rate limit, and a simple timing check. These are designed to block automated spam without blocking real people. If a check ever flags you incorrectly, the form will tell you plainly and give you a direct email address.
Tracking and cookies
This website does not use third-party advertising trackers or analytics cookies, and it does not embed tracking scripts. There is no cross-site tracking on this site.
The one thing we store in your browser is your accessibility preference, if you set one. It lives in local storage, it never leaves your device, and it does not identify you. You can clear it any time by clearing your browser data.
How long we keep things
Inquiry emails and project records are kept for as long as the business relationship, or a pending inquiry, requires, and are deleted when they no longer serve a purpose. If you would like your information removed from our records, use the contact below and we will take care of it.
Questions about this policy
Write to admin [at] westpalmmedia.com or use the contact form. We will answer privacy questions the same way we answer everything else: directly, and in writing.
