A website is a living thing. Software updates, browsers change, business details shift. Our care plans keep the site you invested in healthy, so “does the site still work?” stops being a question on your list.

What is in the care plan

Hosting coordination. We help you choose and set up hosting that fits the site, or take over an existing setup.
Domain registration assistance. Renewals, transfers, and the occasional awkward registrar problem, handled.
Updates. Software and security patches applied on a schedule.
Backups. Regular, tested, and restorable when you need them.
Monitoring and fixes. We watch for breakage and fix it, usually before you notice.
Content support. An agreed monthly allowance for the small changes every business has: hours, photos, announcements.

Care plans work with any site we have built, and in many cases with sites built by others too. Bring us what you have and we will tell you honestly whether we can support it.

Why a plan instead of ad hoc?

Ad hoc support means fixes happen when you remember to ask. A plan means the unglamorous work, updates, backups, monitoring, happens whether or not you think about it, for a predictable monthly cost we agree on in writing. You will always know what you are paying for.

How we work: West Palm Media is a remote digital studio based in Buffalo, New York. We work with West Palm Beach and Palm Beach County businesses by phone or video meeting, using shared online tools. No office visit is required.

Questions, answered directly

Do I have to use your hosting?

No. We will recommend what fits your site and budget, and you choose. Some clients prefer their existing host, and that is fine when it suits the site.

What happens if the site breaks on a Sunday?

Care plans include monitoring, so most problems get caught on our side. For urgent issues, your plan states a response window you can hold us to.

What if I don't need a plan yet?

Then do not buy one. We will scope the site, tell you what it needs, and you can add care when it makes sense.

Is the monthly fee refundable or cancelable?

Plans run month to month unless we agree otherwise, and you can cancel with notice as stated in the agreement. We will put the terms in writing before you sign anything.
